Job Description

Paylidify is searching for a skilled Team Sales Manager with a proven track record of success and growth. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working in a team environment, excel in a target and goal oriented workplace, and be adept at working with large vendors throughout North America. The candidate should also have the ability to think strategically and proactively, as well as thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment. Our business is rapidly growing, and we are looking for someone who can embrace ongoing process improvement and maintain a "can-do" attitude. Successful candidates should have experience working with client relationship management tools and be committed to growth and advancement. As a Team Manager, you will become an expert in Paylidify's products and services, which empower our customers to thrive within the Paylidify ecosystem. You will use your passion for growth and a winning mentality to elevate the standard of success. There will also be opportunities for successful candidates to expand their expertise into new regions across Canada and the US.

You will:

  • Keep yourself up-to-date with Paylidify's products & services and understand how they provide value & can help our customers continue to grow
  • Manage a diverse sales pipeline of businesses to identify and prioritize opportunities that can accelerate sales cycles.
  • Employ a solutions-based sales approach to promote urgency, identify business challenges and provide unique targeted value.
  • Work with the leadership team to gain exposure to sales skills, develop your sales experience, and understand Paylidify's sales processes.
  • Use Paylidify's sales enablement tools to maintain important sales data and documentation
  • Consistently achieve and exceed your monthly targets.
  • Train, coach, and develop a team of BDRs and SDRs to meet and exceed performance expectations and quotas
  • Utilize Paylidify's sales enablement tools to maintain accurate sales data and documentation, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly targets
  • Provide ongoing support, including call coaching, shadow sessions, and pipeline reviews, to motivate the team and enhance productivity and opportunity quality
  • Implement a solutions-based sales approach to create urgency, identify business challenges, and deliver tailored value
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture centered on results, motivation, and goal attainment

Job Criteria
