The RBC Dominion Securities Inc. (“RBC DS”) Branch located at Avenue and Bloor is looking for a licensed Team Operations Manager to join the Ascendant Wealth Partners (AWP) team. The Team Operations Manager will assist in administering all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the team. This role offers significant growth opportunities and is responsible for leadership, management, and human resources functions within the team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage business operations and team management with input from Partners
  • Oversee HR needs, including performance reviews and staff development
  • Lead weekly team meetings and coordinate business development activities
  • Manage client transitions and ensure excellent client experience
  • Support team calendar, email, and scheduling priorities
  • Update and ensure execution of key team processes

Must-have Qualifications :

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
