Description
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Member is responsible for delivering excellent community member service, contributing to spreading global wellness.
Through daily functions, Team Members help maintain and strengthen Saje’s culture by proactively engaging in behaviors aligned with Saje’s values: Wellness, Growth, Celebration, Greatness, and Belonging.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent community member service, sharing our products and promoting wellness through the in-store experience
- Achieve business results and key KPIs such as revenue, growth goals, AVS, IPT, traffic, conversion, and loyalty program metrics
- Share product knowledge with the team to make informed recommendations to community members
- Maintain presentation standards to enhance the in-store environment
- Inspire and uplift the team by embodying core values and fostering collaboration
- Prioritize culture, personal growth, and self-awareness in your actions
- Create a team environment where all members feel a sense of belonging and inclusion
