REPORTS TO: General Manager and Assistant Manager

Position Summary

This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs Restaurant while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health, wage, age restrictions, and fair employment practices.
2. Enforce all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures.
3. Maintain profitability by managing food costs, labor, utilities, and sales growth within established guidelines.
4. Lead the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness, embodying the Firehouse Subs culture, mission, and vision.
5. Assist the GM in implementing operational plans and company initiatives.
6. Participate in hiring, training, and disciplining staff under the GM's guidance.
7. Ensure all programs, reports, and legal documents are completed accurately and on schedule.
8. Promote and implement Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
9. Represent Firehouse Subs professionally and positively at all times.
10. Communicate any issues impacting the business to the GM/Owner.
11. Work on your feet for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
12. Perform any other duties assigned by GM/Owner.
