Aurora Cannabis seeks a Post-Harvest Team Member to join its Processing Team. The position involves assisting with tasks such as bud removal, trimming, and packaging to support quality standards in the post-harvest phase. Candidates should have a high school diploma and a basic understanding of post-harvest processes. The Post-Harvest Team Member plays a vital role in the post-harvest phase Processing Team. This position involves assisting in various tasks related to bud removal, trimming, and packaging of processed cannabis to maintain quality standards and support efficient processing.
Major Responsibilities / Duties :
Quality Control Support :
Inventory Management Assistance :
Cleaning and Sanitization :
Accountabilities : Assistance in post-harvest processing tasks following SOPs to ensure quality and compliance.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
1. Basic understanding of post-harvest processes, including drying, curing, trimming, and packaging in a cannabis cultivation setting.
2. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively within a team environment.
3. Attention to detail to ensure adherence to quality standards and consistency in processing.
4. Capacity to maintain cleanliness and adhere to hygiene protocols in a regulated environment.
Education & Experience :
1. High school diploma or equivalent education.
2. Previous experience in a production or agricultural environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
3. Familiarity with handling plants or experience in a regulated industry is beneficial.
