Job summary

Aurora Cannabis Inc. is seeking a Post-Harvest Team Member for our Pemberton, BC facility. This full-time, permanent role offers 40 hours per week and starts at $25.75 per hour.

You’ll contribute to the cultivation process from planting to harvesting and trimming dried cannabis flowers, while upholding global standards and quality. Join a team focused on safety, efficiency and continuous improvement in a GMP-minded environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the facilities team to nurture all aspects of the cultivation process including planting, harvesting, and caring for dried cannabis
  • Facilitate the trimming process of dried cannabis flowers while following WMMC guidelines and ensuring the products exceed industry standards
  • Elevate the operations of the facility by recommending opportunities for improvement, cleaning and maintaining equipment and fostering a safe and healthy environment for our plants and people
  • Perform additional duties, responsibilities and special projects as required by the Company

  • Prior working experience in the Cannabis industry along with knowledge of best practices related to cultivating dry cannabis (an equivalent combination of work experience and education may be considered when creating our talent pool). This role is in one of Aurora’s Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certified plants and works directly with products. Towards the end of the recruitment process, we require that you undergo a medical screening exam with our third-party vendor.
