Aurora Cannabis Inc. in Pemberton, BC, is seeking a motivated Post-Harvest Shift Lead for a 2‑month contract.
You will oversee bucking, trimming, drying and packaging, guiding the team to meet SOPs and quality standards while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our Pemberton team as a Post-Harvest Shift Lead! In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine your love of cannabis with your leadership abilities, overseeing critical post-harvest processes to ensure our products meet and exceed global standards.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Post-Harvest, the Post-Harvest Shift Lead will guide the team in day-to-day operations, ensuring that every step of the process – from bucking and trimming to drying and curing – runs smoothly. You will lead by example, mentor team members, and promote a positive, productive work environment while maintaining compliance with regulations.
This role is in one of Aurora’s Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certified plants and works directly with products. Towards the end of the recruitment process, we require that you undergo a medical screening exam with our third-party vendor.
