Job summary

Michaels Richmond store is hiring a Team Member for overnight and early morning shifts. You’ll help customers find products, provide fast checkout, and ensure shelves are stocked and merchandised for a great shopping experience.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, restocking, POS operations, and supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS. Candidates should have retail or customer service experience and meet store safety standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes as needed.
• Comfort with cash handling and basic store operations.
