Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a friendly Team Member to join our cafe team in a fast-paced environment. Your focus is guest satisfaction as you greet customers, take orders, and help prepare bakery items with care.

Work with a collaborative team, multitask effectively, and communicate clearly to ensure exceptional service. For high performers, growth opportunities such as Trainer or Supervisor roles may arise in time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and assist guests with orders in a timely manner.
• Greet guests, take orders, and provide accurate service in a fast-paced cafe environment.
• Assist in bakery item preparation and maintain cleanliness and organization on the floor.
