Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced coffee shop. You will be the first person guests meet, ensuring satisfaction while helping to prepare popular bakery items and handle orders.

Opportunity for growth into roles such as Trainer, Supervisor and other leadership positions within the franchise network. You’ll collaborate closely with teammates, maintaining energy and a friendly atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs
• Previous experience in Quick Service an asset

Responsibilities

• Deliver and create exceptional guest experiences, acting as the first point of contact for guests
• Assist guests, take orders and help prepare bakery items in a fast-paced Tim Hortons environment
• Multitask effectively and communicate clearly with team members to support smooth operations
