Job summary

Tim Hortons in Fernie, BC is hiring a guest‑facing Team Member. You will deliver friendly service, take orders, prepare bakery items, and help keep the store fast-paced and welcoming.

Candidates with customer service experience and the ability to lift 25 lbs are encouraged. Growth opportunities exist to Trainer or Supervisor based on performance.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs
• Previous experience in Quick Service an asset
• Friendly and outgoing

Responsibilities

• Deliver and create exceptional guest experiences through friendly service and clear communication.
• Assist guests with orders and questions in a fast-paced Tim Hortons environment.
• Support bakery item preparation and overall station cleanliness and efficiency.
