Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a Team Member to greet guests, take and prepare orders, and contribute to a fast-paced, friendly service environment. You will be the first point of contact and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates will bring a customer service background, be friendly and outgoing, and be available at least one day each weekend. Growth opportunities to trainer/supervisor exist for high performers.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Previous experience in Quick Service an asset.
• Friendly and outgoing.
• Must be available at least one day each weekend.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional service.
• Assist guests with orders and prepare baked goods.
• Multi-task and communicate with team to ensure smooth service.
• Growth opportunities into Trainer or Supervisor for high performers.
