Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, this role's key responsibility is to lead a team of Analysts / Accident Benefits advisors, modeling quality service and encouraging your team to reach their full potential. As Team Manager you’ll provide leadership through coaching and timely feedback as their primary support and mentor for questions relating to AB Section B processes and procedures. You’ll also lead weekly huddles and provide operational oversight, legislative oversight and oversight of payments.
