The Team Leader, UX Research, is responsible for leading, coaching, and growing a team of UX professionals focused on user research and analysis for our digital assets. This includes guiding employees in both day-to-day operations as well as long-term performance and career planning. As a key member of the UX leadership team, the Team Leader will help shape the organization's UX practice by establishing standards, optimizing operations, and evolving UX research as a discipline within Medavie. The role also involves hands-on research and analysis as needed to support execution.
This role is situated within the Digital Transformation Office, established to enable focused execution of Medavie's digital strategy.

Education : University degree in a related field.
Work Experience : 5+ years as a UX research professional with proven leadership capabilities.

Language Skills : Fluency in English is essential; working knowledge of French is an asset.
