Love good vibes, fresh food, and leading by example? Steve’s Poké Bar in North Vancouver is looking for a hands-on, people-first Team Lead to help run the show and support our growing crew!

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to motivate a team, and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves. You’ve worked in food service before, love connecting with people, and bring energy and accountability to every shift.

Full-time availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends is required.

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example on the floor, creating a fun, productive, and respectful shift
• Support training, onboarding, and development of new team members
• Ensure smooth daily operations from prep to close
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain high food quality and cleanliness standards
• Jump in wherever needed – from making bowls to handling customer questions to solving issues on the fly
• Communicate with management to ensure the team is supported and systems are followed

What You Bring

• 1+ year of experience in a food service or retail leadership role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive, team-first mindset with a customer-focused approach
• Foodsafe Level 1 (or willing to complete within the first month)
• 30+ hours/week availability across varied shifts
