About The Role

Our Primary and Preventative Health (PPH) department is seeking an enthusiastic and highly capable individual to join the team as the Team Leader of Reception and Intake Services.

The position will provide comprehensive administrative, computer and customer liaison service to all users of Primary and Preventative Health (PPH) and the Frances Hewett Community Centre in an efficient, effective and courteous manner. The Team leader will manage the PPH Reception and Intake team through leadership and support including supervision, rostering, performance management, training and induction on all core functions.

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, team-orientated with excellent interpersonal skills and will be able to perform a range of complex tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

You Will Bring:

  • Year 12 or equivalent - Essential
  • Tertiary qualification and/or management and administrative experience is desirable.
