A leading staffing agency in Toronto is seeking a Team Leader for their Policy Conversion team. In this dynamic role, you will supervise a team responsible for migrating personal lines policies from legacy systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards. Key responsibilities include team management, operational oversight, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in P&C insurance and strong leadership skills. This is a hybrid position with competitive pay and opportunities for career advancement.
We are currently recruiting for one of our top clients in the insurance field as they are scaling their Policy Conversion team to support a critical migration initiative and are looking for a leader to support and lead the team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the modernization of our client's insurance platforms. You will be responsible for supervising the policy conversion team as they conduct the accurate migration of policies from legacy systems into the new environment, ensuring compliance with Canadian regulations and maintaining high standards of underwriting integrity.
This is a dynamic leadership position that requires a balance of people management, operational oversight, and hands‑on technical support. You will be the driving force behind team productivity, quality assurance, and the continuous improvement of the conversion processes.
