Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking an energetic & professional individual to join our Production Department.
As a Team Lead, you will be able to :
Support Daily Manufacturing Throughput and Output
- Lead Team Members in performing their day-to-day activities
- Provide clear expectations and hold team members accountable while offering continual feedback
- Lead process improvement activities by coordinating cross-functional teams including production, materials, maintenance, quality, and engineering
- Monitor and address output & productivity issues within assigned departments, including meeting production targets, cycle times, and quality standards
- Ensure maximum production output while maintaining high quality and employee morale
- Plan for pre- and post-Kaizen activities with the Lean Team to ensure successful Kaizen events
- Take ownership of all processes and products to meet quality standards and ensure only quality products reach internal customers
- Work with the Safety & Quality Manager to ensure employee safety and equipment maintenance
- Comply with all safety standards, guidelines, and policies, fostering a safety-first culture
- Support team members by proactively addressing issues affecting quality, delivery, and productivity through daily meetings and interdepartmental communication
