What Will You Work On?

This team lead will supervise the new multidisciplinary Complex Care team, which works at the residence site and outreach from there. The role involves daily operation management, clinical supervision, program support, liaising with community partners, and mentoring staff.

The Team Leader provides leadership, supervision, clinical support, and problem-solving for multidisciplinary teams, along with direct client care as needed. They ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-focused programs across community services and coordinate with local agencies.

Scheduling Information

Shift times are from 08:30 to 16:30 hours, Monday to Friday.
