Qualifications

  • Current Canadian healthcare license (e.g., P.A., N.P., R.N., L.P.N., R.Ph., PharmD).
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or training experience in a call center, preferably in Medical Information.
  • Availability for an 8-hour shift between 9 am-9 pm EST.

  • Accurately document data and report adverse events and complaints following guidelines.

Team Leader, Medical Information (Licensed)

Join Inizio Engage as a Team Leader in Medical Information. This remote role involves supervising a call center team that provides drug and medical device product information. The position reports to the Call Center Supervisor.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain quality and productivity standards, adhering to policies and SOPs.
  • Accurately document data and report adverse events and complaints following guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively and empathetically with callers, simplifying medical terminology as needed.
  • Support administrative tasks and team training, and handle escalations.
  • Update training materials and monitor call quality, providing feedback.
  • Support the team in meeting project metrics and ensure compliance with HIPAA.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Current Canadian healthcare license (e.g., P.A., N.P., R.N., L.P.N., R.Ph., PharmD).
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; pursuing a BA/BS preferred.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or training experience in a call center, preferably in Medical Information.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer software like Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and motivational skills.
  • Availability for an 8-hour shift between 9 am-9 pm EST.
