In the role of Team Leader - Manufacturing, you will be responsible for leading the control panel assembly team, ensuring its efficient operation and overseeing the successful delivery of all assigned projects.

More precisely, you will have to:

• Ensure a positive and motivating work environment for team members;
• Lead the integration, training, and supervision of team members;
• Maintain a clean and safe work area;
• Manage workload distribution among team members while prioritizing tasks effectively;
• Monitor project progress and keep the Production Site Manager informed of status updates and any challenges encountered;
• Validate project milestones and adjust direction when necessary;
• Keep consumable inventory accurate and adequately stocked;
• Plan required training and contribute to content development;
• Support the Production Site Manager in achieving strategic plan objectives;
• Promote and enforce health and safety standards as well as compliance with regulations;
• Recommend and implement improvements to maintain quality standards and enhance production efficiency;
• Perform any other related duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Hold a vocational diploma in electromechanics, electrotechnics, or any other relevant training;
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a team leader (an asset);
• 5 years of experience as an assembler or any other relevant experience;
• Experience managing variances;
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics;
