As a Team Leader at Dollarama, you will oversee store operations, lead and supervise store associates, and ensure that customer service standards and safety guidelines are consistently met.
The Team Leader will be responsible for leading and supervising store associates, providing guidance and support to maintain high productivity and morale. You will manage store merchandising, oversee shelf stocking, and handle boxing and unboxing daily shipments to keep shelves well-stocked and visually appealing.
In this role, you will implement visual merchandising standards based on company strategy, address customer complaints promptly, and ensure store safety and cleanliness. You will also perform cash management, store opening and closing duties, participate in inventory processes, and support employee training and performance evaluations.
