$66,560 - $83,200 with 9% Short Term Incentive Target

We are seeking a collaborative, dynamic, and proven leader to step into the role of Team Leader, Consumer Support Centre for up to a 12-month term in Regina or Assiniboia. This is a critical leadership position where your ability to guide, motivate, and influence a team will be essential to delivering exceptional service to our members. Your Time:
Coaching, developing and empowering employees to perform in a performance-based production environment
Leading the Consumer Support Centre to successfully achieve individual and team goals
Identifying and resolving risks and opportunities within the Consumer Loan portfolio
Facilitating meetings and planning sessions with a focus on team optimization to create efficiencies in process and procedures

Your Experience:
Experience with consumer lending or administrative support
1 - 2 years of formal leadership experience
