Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 7 years of experience in financial lending, capital markets, treasury, accounting, or finance
• Proficient knowledge of lending credit principles and mortgage industry regulations

• Proven ability to build and lead teams

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, or CFA certification
• 7 years of mortgage finance experience in financial services or banking
• Knowledge of NHA MBS marketplace, residential mortgage capital markets, and investor reporting
• Strong network with mortgage aggregators
• Ability to analyze reports and inform decision-making
