Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Pirho Grill. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and a positive team environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and motivate a team of staff members, delegating tasks and providing guidance and support.
2. Ensure adherence to all restaurant policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation standards.
3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
4. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
5. Assist with hiring, training, and performance management of team members.
6. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
7. Assist with opening and closing procedures.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a restaurant leadership role.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Food safety certification (preferred).
