Ramudden Canada is seeking Team Leads in Ottawa to coordinate and oversee the work of Traffic Technicians and Crash Truck Drivers on freeway and non-freeway jobs, events, and other road closures and flagging services.

As a Team Lead, you’ll help build a career within our traffic services, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training, while enjoying union benefits, night shift premiums, overtime, and a supportive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a team setting.
• Traffic control experience is required.
• Valid G license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work day and night shifts including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the work of Traffic Technicians and Crash Truck Drivers on road closures and flagging services.
• Support operations for freeway and non-freeway jobs and events.
• Promote safety culture and adherence to protocols and training.
• Assist with training and development within the team.

We are looking for Team Leads in Ottawa.

Team Leaders coordinate and oversee the work of their crew of Traffic Technicians and Crash Truck Drivers on freeway and non-freeway jobs, events, and other road closures and flagging services.

As a Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to build a career in Traffic Services. You have:

• Some leadership or team lead experience
• Traffic control experience is required
• Full G license and a clean driver’s abstract
• Ability to work both days and nights (shift assignment will change with notice)
• Availability to work every other weekend to service our amazing customers
• Ability to regularly perform light to heavy lifting and consistently following our safe lifting protocols
• Computer literacy – we’ll train you on how to use our digital tools
• Solid communication skills – speaking, listening, reading, and writing
• Green patch 8” work boots lace-up safety boots
• A great attitude and willingness to learn and grow
