Job Title: Assistant Team Lead (Specialty Cheese & Deli) - Cheese Expert

Join our team of passionate foodies!

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialty Grocery Team Leader to champion our specialty products, with a focus on artisanal cheeses. As a leader, you will inspire and manage a team of 5+ to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of specialty grocery experts to achieve sales goals, customer satisfaction, and product quality
2. Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and quality control processes for specialty cheese products
3. Train and mentor team members on production techniques, quality standards, and customer service
4. Monitor sales, control costs, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
5. Collaborate with the store leadership team to drive business results and improve processes

Requirements
