Are you an experienced SRE with a passion for both technical excellence and team leadership? As the Team Lead - SRE, you will be responsible for driving the reliability, scalability, and performance of our infrastructure and services - while also leading and growing a team of talented SREs.
In this role, you’ll balance hands-on engineering work with people management responsibilities. You’ll guide technical decisions, lead incident response and postmortems, and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be critical in shaping our reliability practices, scaling infrastructure, and ensuring your team is set up for success.
