The Body Shop is seeking an aspirational Store Leader to support the Store Management team in delivering retail excellence, driving sales, and ensuring an engaging customer experience. You will guide Customer Consultants and work with a team to bring our brand to life through campaigns and activism.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role is essential.
• Strong communication and active listening skills are required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Comfort with multitasking and time management in a retail environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer concerns efficiently & accurately, sharing feedback with Store Management as needed.
• Problem solve proactively using available resources.
• Support upkeep of store lay-out & visual merchandising, inventory management & operations.
• Communicate effectively and act as a flexible, responsible role model to the team.
• Develop knowledge of beauty market, competitors and products to engage customers.
• Collaborate with Store Management to shape a customer-focused store experience and drive loyalty.
