This role involves overseeing a high-performing team, managing complex real estate transactions, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of relevant experience in mortgage processes and strong leadership skills. This position offers a competitive salary along with generous vacation time and a hybrid work model.
Salary Range: $55,000−$57,000
Location: Oakville, ON (Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
