Job summary

RW&CO is seeking a Team Lead in Ontario to collaborate with the management team and keep operations running smoothly while inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will help create a vibrant, organized, and customer-focused environment.

With your leadership, sense of style, and hands-on approach, you will coach and develop the team, ensure policies are followed, and drive KPIs to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership or supervisory experience in a retail or customer-focused environment.
• Ability to motivate, support, and guide a team toward shared goals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of store operations, including scheduling, cash management, merchandising, and inventory flow.
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Collaborate closely with the management team to ensure aligned priorities, effective communication, and the swift execution of action plans.
• Model a customer-first mindset by leading on the sales floor, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring every interaction reflects our service standards.
