As a Team Lead, reporting to the Store Manager, you will support the Management Team in fostering an inclusive, positive team environment. Your goal is to achieve store success by leading your team to meet sales, profit, recruiting, performance, training, and development objectives. Your adaptability to various situations, challenges, and schedules will be key to your success.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure the store meets company objectives and KPI goals.
• Provide leadership by managing policies, procedures, loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
• Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Coach, mentor, and give immediate feedback to team members.
• Maintain open communication with the Store and District Managers.

Qualifications

Who you are:

• At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Experience in motivating a team towards common goals.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent customer service.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

• Starting rate of $19.35 per hour (may be higher based on experience).
