A leading metal recycling company in Montreal is seeking a motivated individual for a supervisory role at their Montreal East site. The successful candidate will coordinate daily operations including inventory management and train new employees. Applicants must hold a DEC, AEC, or DEP and have 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a related environment. Effective bilingual communication and strong organizational skills are essential. We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team at our Montreal East (Quebec) site, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Reporting to the inventory supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating daily store operations, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping materials. You will be expected to actively participate in tasks with the inventory clerks (your team) while ensuring that the tasks performed by your team are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with procedures.
