The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the operation of the Group Operations supervisor and team members in Toronto and Montreal, carrying out various operations to ensure the smooth running of their groups. The role involves providing high-quality services to internal and external clients for group files, with some weekend work during summer to assist tour directors on the road.
