Base pay range

DESCRIPTION

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the operation of the Group Operations supervisor and team members in Toronto and Montreal, carrying out various operations to ensure the smooth running of their groups. The role involves providing high-quality services to internal and external clients for group files, with some weekend work during summer to assist tour directors on the road.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the supervisor in training and developing employees in tasks and company policies.
  • Assist coordinators in daily tasks.
  • Improve work methods to enhance customer experience, maximize operations, and control costs.
  • Collaborate on updating procedure manuals.
  • Provide on-road and post-travel support for problem-solving and client communication.
  • Manage reservations, confirmations, cancellations, passenger lists, deposits, and communication with suppliers.
  • Coordinate with customers via phone and email, and follow up on files.
  • Handle on-road issues and follow up on resolutions.
  • Invoicing of files.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • College diploma in administration, tourism, or relevant experience in tourism (minimum four years).
  • Knowledge of Canadian and USA tourist destinations.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite and reservations systems.
  • Fluent in French.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, autonomy, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible schedule.
