RW&CO is seeking a Team Lead to partner with the management team in Winnipeg to keep operations running smoothly and inspire staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Your hands-on leadership and sense of style will help create a vibrant, organized, customer-focused environment.

You will coach the team, ensure adherence to policies, and drive sales while upholding brand standards across visual merchandising and service excellence.

• 6+ months of leadership or supervisory experience in retail.
• Ability to motivate, support, and guide a team toward goals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of store operations, including scheduling, cash management, merchandising, and inventory flow.
• Passion for fashion and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Description

As a Team Lead , you will collaborate with the management team to keep operations running smoothly and inspire the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. With your leadership, sense of style, and hands‑on approach, you will help create a vibrant, organized, and customer‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• - Support store performance by contributing to the achievement of sales goals and ensuring alignment with company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• - Assist with day‑to‑day operations , including compliance with policies and procedures, loss prevention, opening and closing routines, cash management, report generation, and scheduling support.
• - Maintain high standards of merchandising and visual presentation to ensure a clean, consistent, and welcoming environment that enhances the customer experience.
• - Coach and develop the team through ongoing training and constructive feedback to strengthen skills, confidence, and overall performance.
• - Promote effective communication with the Store Manager to ensure alignment, smooth operations, and timely execution of priorities.
• - Collaborate closely with the management team to ensure aligned priorities, effective communication, and the swift execution of action plans.
• - Model a customer‑first mindset by leading on the sales floor, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring every interaction reflects our service standards.

Qualifications

• - 6+ months of leadership or supervisory experience in a retail or customer‑focused environment.

• - Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• - Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• - Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• - Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
• - High school diploma required.
