About the role

We are looking for a Fulfillment Team Lead who shares our passion for being Customer Obsessed. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will lead a team of warehouse associates, coordinate activities, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in logistics or warehouse management, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and storing inventory delivered to the warehouse
  • Staging and sorting of items, palletizing, and crating
  • Providing regular reports on warehouse performance and key metrics (SLAs) to leadership
  • Moving, picking, packing, and scanning items safely
  • Using tools including scanners, carts, hand trucks, and dollies
  • Completing all required documentation accurately and daily
  • Following all 5S processes consistently and effectively
  • Creating an inspiring team environment with open communication
  • Training new employees on standards and procedures
  • Leading, mentoring, and supervising warehouse associates
  • Assigning tasks to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
  • Conducting team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback
  • Managing inventory, including stock counts and reconciliations
  • Implementing and maintaining warehouse processes for efficiency
  • Enforcing safety standards and protocols
  • Resolving issues related to damaged or missing goods
  • Coordinating with procurement, account management, and customer service
  • Communicating effectively with team, management, and external partners

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years in a warehouse or logistics role with supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in warehouse management software and Google Suite
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
  • Prolonged standing and walking
