Role: The Team Lead Financial Reporting Analyst reports to the AVP Finance, working closely with other Financial Analysts. Responsibilities include preparing external financial statements, month-end close, assisting with reporting for the executive team, and supporting audits.

Your Day with Equisoft:

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements across multiple entities and currencies
• Prepare and review journal entries and complex accounting transactions
• Analyze and reconcile financial accounts
• Participate in process improvements and special projects
• Coordinate with business units and auditors

Requirements:

Technical:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
• 4-6 years of accounting and financial reporting experience
• Strong IFRS knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Fluent in English and French
