As a Team Lead, EFAP Administration, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide orientation and ongoing training to all Regional Administrators and Resource Desk Administrators nationally.
  • Give consultation to Clinical Managers, Regional Administrators, and Resource Desk Administrators to assist with the standard applications of administrative protocols and best practices.
  • Oversee the quality of service and national communication (i.e. hours of opening, stat holidays, etc.) of all our Resource Desk Administrators across Canada.
  • Responsible for the recruitment, selection, performance management, and engagement of Resource Desk Administrators and Regional Administrators.
  • Support month-end processes by ensuring the various divisions of SAW resolve all billings and manage month-end accruals.
  • Enter, modify, and maintain all staff and internal Service Provider permanent schedules in Odyssey and work with Regional Administrators and Clinical Management team to ensure all schedules are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Provide external customer service support for Service Providers while delegating any additional inquiries to the Administrative Team.
  • Assist in any special project or task deemed necessary by Management.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least a secondary school diploma; education in mental health, business administration, or any other related discipline is an asset.
  • Ability to lead and motivate and create an environment where people are accountable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; French skills are an asset.
  • Strong organizational, time management, detail orientation, and quality assurance skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of excellent customer and client service.
  • Capable of facilitating the development of systems, standards, and processes that support excellent quality of service.
  • Integrate sustainable practices into business operations.

Homewood Health promotes a fair and competitive compensation model. Pay rates are tailored to reflect differences in operating environments and job requirements. Compensation is influenced by many factors including compensation principles or approach for a role or job function, organizational tenure, experience, qualifications or premium skills, external competitiveness, internal comparability, geography, and work performance. Pay range for this position is $42,000 - $45,000 per year.
