  • Ensure accurate policy issuance using your underwriting knowledge
  • Utilize software tools efficiently to process policies
  • Mentor junior team members and support onboarding and training
  • Assist the Digital Sales Manager in daily operations and team performance
  • Take ownership of your team’s success by driving results and delivering excellent client service
