SBG Cleaning Inc. is growing! We are currently hiring multiple Part-Time Team Leads to join our cleaning team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with leadership experience who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in delivering high-quality service.

Position Summary:

As a Team Lead, you will supervise a small team of 3 cleaners, ensuring daily cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to our company standards. You’ll also be responsible for performing light cleaning duties, conducting quality checks, and acting as the main point of contact between cleaners, management, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide a team of 3 cleaners

• Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance

• Perform minor cleaning duties as required

• Communicate with management and clients professionally

• Ensure correct and safe use of cleaning products and equipment

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in commercial and/or residential cleaning

• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work independently and lead a small team

• Valid driver’s license is an asset

Schedule & Availability:

• Part-Time: 20–30 hours/week, with potential to transition into a full-time role

• Flexible availability required, including mornings and open availability from Monday to Sunday

• Schedule to be discussed based on operational needs
