We are seeking a Team Lead, Collections to work with our Collections team.

Reporting to the Collections Manager, The Collections Team Lead will oversee a designated group of clients and lawyers to recover outstanding Accounts Receivables, manage aged Work-In-Progress, and supervise a team of Collection Supervisors. This role involves identifying issues and formulating solutions for delinquent accounts, as well as implementing and overseeing the firm's billing and collection policies. Exceptional customer service is crucial for this position. The individual will collaborate closely with the Collection Manager to assess the performance and operational effectiveness of the collections team.
