PriceSmart Foods in Burnaby, BC is hiring a Team Lead for the Centre of Store at the Kings Crossing location. You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure Always Customer First service while maintaining stock accuracy and community engagement.

The ideal candidate has Food Safe Certification, a passion for great food and customer service, a strong work ethic, and retail or customer service experience is a plus. Mandarin/Cantonese is a bonus; compensation is $19.25–$22.60 hourly with benefits.

• Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to Go the Extra Mile.
• Retail or customer service experience (considered an asset).
• Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (considered an asset).

We are hiring for a Team Lead, Centre of Store at our Kings Crossing PriceSmart Foods location in Burnaby, BC. The successful candidate must have open availability and be available for 40 hours per week.

Compensation

$19.25 - $22.60

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
