A leading integrated energy company in Calgary seeks a Team Lead for Cash Receivables and Payments. This role is pivotal in managing cash operations, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements while leading a team. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and significant experience in finance.
The Team Lead Cash Receivables and Payments is responsible for leading the cash receipts and payments department, ensuring activities are completed accurately and on time, and driving process improvements. This role is a key member of the Cash Management team, requiring an understanding of cash receipts and payment processes and systems, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate, influence, and communicate effectively across business functions.
