What will you be doing?

  1. Lead with Love & Quality: Drive the principles of Quality, Scratch, Theatre, Service, and Love in our Bakery/Coffee Bar team.
  2. Be the 'Latte' of Leadership: Inspire, train, and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring they're always pouring the perfect shot of customer service.
  3. Stay 'Fresh' and Informed: Keep an eye on the latest industry trends, ensuring our coffee & baked goods stay top-notch.
  4. Mix & Mingle: Build solid relationships with your team, store leadership, vendors, and especially our customers.
  5. Safety First! Ensure our delicious goods are not just tasty, but also adhere to all Food Safety standards and prioritize team member safety.

Do you have the beans for this role?

  1. Coffee & Bakery Know-How: Knowledge about products, pricing, and that magical ingredient that makes our customers come back.
  2. Leadership & Teamwork: Your ability to inspire, teach, and lead your team should be as smooth as our espressos.
  3. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Emails, and other related apps.
  4. Experience Matters: 12+ months in retail with a minimum of 6+ months in team leadership. And yes, Pro-Serve certification is a must.
