Team Lead, Angular / Java Software Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Java and Angular Team Lead to join our client's organization in North York.

This role requires a senior developer with expertise in both backend and frontend technologies, as well as strong leadership skills. You will oversee an agile development team focused on delivering software solutions, backend integrations, feature enhancements, and maintaining a modern IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership and Collaboration :

Manage an agile development team, working closely with offshore developers.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to enhance team members’ technical and professional skills.
• Coordinate cross-team communications and establish task priorities.
• Software Development :

Oversee the full software development lifecycle.

• Write and debug code using test-driven development (TDD) practices.
• Perform risk assessments and analyze software performance.
• Systems Integration :

Lead the integration of new software solutions with client systems.

• Design and implement backend services and APIs to ensure seamless system connectivity.
• Client Engagement :
