Teaching Term Appointment Position in Mathematics

Grenfell Campus, Memorial University, is located within Western Newfoundland in Corner Brook, an area of great natural beauty in close proximity to Gros Morne National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Campus has a population of more than 1,300 students and emphasizes innovative approaches to teaching and learning, research and engagement. POSITION: Mathematics

A 9-month teaching term appointment in the Mathematics program of the School of Science and the Environment, Grenfell Campus, commencing August 1, 2025, and ending April 30, 2026. This position supports the teaching of courses throughout the Fall and Winter semesters of 2025–2026. Duties will include teaching undergraduate lecture and/or lecture+lab mathematics courses, in areas likely to include calculus, linear algebra and statistics. Preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. (or near completion) in Mathematics or a related area.
