Golf La Tempête is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Professional to join a high-end golf environment in Quebec. reporting to the Head Professional, you will teach, assist in the shop, and support academy activities.

Ideal candidates are PGA members with strong teaching and customer service skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team, and ready to contribute to a premier golf experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teach and provide an exceptional customer experience to clients.

We are looking for a passionate Assistant Professional who wants to grow in a high-end, dynamic environment focused on excellence.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head Professional, the teaching professional will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience to our clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Working with the entire store team, managing check-ins, handling phone calls, and overseeing game fees and scheduling.
• Ensuring the smooth overall operation of the store and customer service.
• Maintaining a strong presence in the store during the season.
• Providing advice and making sales in the store in collaboration with the team.
• Must collaborate with the Academy and be available to assist with Academy activities.
• Opportunity for substantial teaching work
• Provide support, as needed, to the events and hospitality manager during the season.

Qualifications

Compensation

• Full-time seasonal position ($25,000–$30,000 base salary).
• Income from teaching programs: $5,000 to $10,000
