This course deals with how scientific-technological, socio-economic, political-institutional and behavioural factors mediate society-environment interactions. Case studies in various sectors and contexts are used in class.

Position Summary:
The Teaching Assistant will f acilitate discussions during lectures; leads or participates in weekly conferences; grades essays and exams in consultation with instructors and participates in course development.
Qualifications:
Solid grounding in Ecology, Economics, Anthropology, and/or Human Geography with strong interdisciplinarity;
Experience with the use of a virtual learning platforms (myCourses, Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx)
Fluency in English and French, sufficient to grade essays;
Previous participation in ENVR courses or development an asset.
