Duties and Responsibilities

Services
* Develop and implement individualized education plans and programming.
* Collaborate with team members for program development.
* Plan and organize considering students' differential needs.
* Monitor and guide students' behavior and educational progress.
* Assist students in achieving their educational goals.
* Supervise and engage with students in a safe, structured environment.
* Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.
* Report regularly to parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
* Resolve conflicts and respond to crises calmly and effectively.
* Participate in meetings, conferences, workshops, and training.
* Administer medications when required.
* Document incidents, educational progress, attendance, medication administration, and other updates.
