POSITION DESCRIPTION:

TEACHER ON CALL - SENIOR SCHOOL

We are currently seeking Teacher on Call applications for grade levels 8 to 12.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver the core program requirements in assigned subject area to students in grade levels (8-12) following the BC Ministry of Education curriculum.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor of Education degree, with undergraduate studies in an appropriate discipline.
• Hold a valid BC teaching certificate.
• Experience teaching at the Secondary Level (experience with AP exams and knowledge of the Harkness Teaching philosophy is an asset).
